With more than 15 years of professional experience in backfill grouting for TBM construction, combined with TAC most advanced pulping and grouting control system, we provide a stable quality of backfill slurry for TBM construction to improve efficiency and stabilize TBM tunnel formation.
High-efficiency polyurethanes from SPRAYROQ in the United States for structural replenishment and repair of water supply, sewage and industrial infrastructure. A wide range of applications, including large-diameter pipelines, culverts, manholes and water pools. Spray-on type of construction without excavation needed. It’s convenient and rapid for the all kinds structure repair construction. With high structure strength and corrosion-proof characteristics, it’s a great solution for structural repair construction.
We use NAUTEC NaX® series UHPC products. The UHPC/HPC materials are flowable, cohesive and easily pumped into structures with narrow constrictions over long distances. The grouts feature high early strengths, no shrinkage (shrinkage compensated) and final setting times of less than 6 hours at 25°C.
The UHPC/HPC materials have a standard operating temperature range of 5°C to 35°C, but have been successfully deployed in regions with temperatures exceeding 40°C – which qualifies it as the only UHPC for tropical applications. NAUTEC NaX® series UHPC products also have acquired DNV certification, which also qualifies the best solution for UHPC grouting of Offshore Wind Turbine Foundations.
We use ZITRÓN Tunnel Ventilation from Spain. We provide both Temporary Ventilation system for tunnel construction, and Permanent Ventilation system for operational tunnel.
Zitrón’s temporary ventilation system are tailored and adapted to every unique tunnel construction environment to provide best ventilation solution that ensures workers safety while also minimize construction costs.
Zitrón’s permanent ventilation system including State-of-the-art axial and jet fan. Both axial fan and jet fan have acquired high temperature certification, which are 300℃-1 hour and 400℃-2 hours respectively, according to EN 12101-3 standard.
